Too silly

Honestly, this is just too silly. They didn't have low angle shots during silent films. The cameras were too big, and nobody had thought of digging a hole. Clearly, this was made recently, and you just claimed that it was made a long time ago for publicity's sake, and for the chance of obtaining the highly coveted tank award. For shame, sir. Have you no dignity?

interesting points

however, all you are saying is that we are made of the same physical stuff. you could say that the matter that i am made of was once a cow shit. that does not make me a cow shit. if you are taking the view that we are only what we are physically, than our minds do not matter and kindness has no significance.
however, i think that you would prefer to say, and i hope i am not putting words into your mouth, that we are all individuals with our own feelings. while this may spring from matter, i consider this to be greater than the matter we are made from. i.e., the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
human kindness, then, is a completely different question, which in my opinion was largely shaped by how we evolved as social creatures.

having said that, this question might be better if asked in the bbs posts rather than in a flash movie. points for thought, but doesn't neccecarily belong here.

I wasn't meant to put the concept of morality into the flash, realised it when I uploaded it so will make a whole new section on that, but ye what you say is interesting. I don't really fully accept the view that I pose here since I don't truly understand, its just an idea that sprung to mind. I don't think that we are all the same but I still hold to the belief that we are all part of the same thing, which consists of everything in existence, including space and time. The great thing about humans is that we are always curious so we will always come out with the strangest things :D

I like the matter and feelings part you just wrote, I think many people would agree that the feelings and emotions that we have are far, in our view, superior than the materials that surround us. This is still our view though that's the thing, its our perception of this that makes the imbalance maybe? Pm me if you want to discuss further, would be cool :)
